In an age where actual thinking is not part of the process of moviegoing anymore, this was a refreshing change of pace.
This movie had everything: action, suspense, humor, romance, intrigue, you name it. It was like watching 5 movies in one, because as they explored each dream level you got to be a part of it, and to have it all going on simultaneously was pure genious.
Christopher Nolan is the best filmmaker of our time. Look him up in imdb.com and go rent every one of his films. You'll be glad you did.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
