Wonderful and disappointing at the same time

I am a huge HP fan, and a devoted reader of the books. Through the first 2 hours of the movie, I was enthralled, and couldn't believe how well the movie was sticking to the book. Some of the scenes were exactly as I pictured them when reading. However, the last 30 minutes were completely disappointing and almost ruined the whole experience. The writers stuck so closely to the book for some of the less important scenes, but then left out 2 key scenes that tie the whole movie up. The movie version does Harry no justice, making him look like a weak wall flower instead of the devoted fighter he becomes in the book. Still, its worth seeing. I just hope they do a better job in the 7th and 8th movies.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
