I would've liked to have seen more depth from the characters. JKR writes so well you feel like you know these characters as friends. It is very difficult to do this and achieve a complicated story line in 2.5 hours.
The costuming and SE were AWESOME! I can't wait to see it again in IMAX 3-D. Some truly funny and endearing scenes.
Probably the "darkest" of all of the Harry Potter books. The movie reflects that. If you're a Harry Potter fan you absolutely have to see this movie. While there are some differences from the book (you have to expect that) I didn't think that they were huge or overly detrimental to the story. (Except the Burrow scene. It was not accurate & didn't help the story)
I don't think you will be disappointed.
