Every Cliche Imaginable

This first movie was SO good, it's of course going to be difficult to live up to in a sequel. In my opinion there wasn't enough New York, wasn't enough fashion and while there was a great base storyline, too much was just filler. This movie was dripping with every cliche imaginable and what was supposed to be "conflict" to spice things up, was just predictable and uninteresting. The best part was Anthony and Stanford's wedding...and that was at the very beginning.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Almost there

My husband and I have read all the books and seen all the movies and left the theater feeling slightly disappointed yesterday. It seems much time spent on teen angst and heartache could have been used to give more plot details to viewers who haven't read the books. Several characters weren't even seen in this movie...Voldemort being one. Viewers would rather sit through a long movie that have things omitted. With this series and it being so epic, it's worth it. There were no moving picture frames even! We would give this a B+/A- . It was almost there, but not quite.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
