My husband and I have been following the Star Trek sagas since our much younger days.
GR did such a great job in developing the characters of Star Trek that we both wondered how anyone could come close to matching those indepth qualities
.
But . . . this movie does a wonderful job of reminding us of how those qualities came to be as the plot unfolds and we are drawn into the new, yet feels so familiar, characters we've come to love.

And . . . it certainly was great to see an old friend on the screen again. Bravo!
We're hoping to see more soon!
