I loved the very first one, but then everything turned gloomy and too complicated. "The Deathly Hallows" is definitely an improvement, although it does contain a few disturbing scenes.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Good for a home TV, not big screen

There is really no point of showing it on a big screen - not too many special effects. The end seems like it has been cut off - disappointing.
Otherwise, it's a good movie with a lot of action, teenagers should love it. I would recommend to go see it in a theater, but only once.
