I really did enjoy myself at the IMAX showing. Having just reread the book I was probably more aware of areas that depart from the book. Also, as you would expect is it very dark and does cause me to question taking my 8 year old. She is a big fan but this might be a little too much. Still deciding...

I took my kids to see it yesterday. My 8 year old thought it was good and liked quoting lines from it for the rest of the evening. My 3 year old liked the bad guy aspects of it and actually was hoping Vector would win. My husband and I both like it and thought it had funny points for grown ups. Much better than some other cartoons we've seen.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
