Thoughts on iron Man 2!

You are going to hear most people say “it wasn’t as good as the first one.” & to be honest, they would be right. This doesn’t mean that Iron Man 2 WASN’T good, because it was. Once again, ILM does an amazing job with the visual effects and the actions scenes are quite fun to watch.
As far as the acting goes, it is solid over all and better than most popcorn flicks. I personally liked Terrence Howard in the role of Jim Rhodes, but Don Cheadle does a great job in the film. Also, I want to mention that Scarlett Johansson who is not typically known for her hi skill level in the acting department, is pretty good here all things considered. I also gotta add, that DAMN she looks great in the Black Widow outfit!
In the first movie there were a few “wow, that was really awesome” scenes especially when Iron Man travels to Afghanistan (or where ever it was) and saves that village, but not so much in this one, though there are very many cool things in it still.’
The end sequence is fun and visually awesome to look at, especially when “War Machine” gets involved. I think the comic geek fanboys (which I very much am) will enjoy it and even those who fall outside of that group will like it.
Lastly, STAY for a scene after the credits! It relates to something very cool in the Marvel Universe if you are a geek like me and are in the know. ;) So basically, go see it!

An absolutely amazing visual experience with a compelling story, I could not help but be emotionally moved by this film. Kudos to James Cameron for creating such a lush and vivid environment that is Pandora. I cannot wait to see this movie again. I just wish there was an IMAX theatre closer to me.

Was this some cinematic masterpiece? Not by any means, but it was a good popcorn/entertaining movie starring the lovely Megan Fox. There were quite a few witty/funny lines in the movie that added to my enjoyment. The other people whom I watched this movie enjoyed the movie as much as I did!
