It was worth the wait, just wish we didn't have to wait so long for the second half. Much better done than Half Blood Prince (terrible). The visual effects brought the book to life.

Overall I would tell someone to go see it, but, it didn't come up to par with the other Harry Potter movies. It was lighter, because of the love interest, and that was nice but it just didn't move along like the others did. Several around me in the theater fell asleep (mid-afternoon) and that tells me something right there. I hope the final two movies don't end up the same way.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
