This movie was absolutely wonderful, from beginning to start. The singing is wonderful, and the dancing is the best I've ever seen! Michael Jackson was truly a musical genius, and this is a movie that will touch everyone in the family.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I have never seen the original, but have heard some of the music. I went with my family who have all seen the original. The music was almost nothing like the original, being mosting rap and R&B. Everytime the music started, I expected some big showline performance, and was greatly disappointed.
The plot line was also very choppy and kept jumping between actors. The plot is almost nonexistent as you plow between the different characters.
Overall, there were a couple scenes that were good, but I was greatly disappointed.

This is was my first experience with any type of G.I. Joe anything, but I went along because my fiancee loves GI Joe, and I must say I wasn't disappointed. It was action packed, with great special effects and dialogue fit for the whole family.
With action, suspense, and romance, this is a summer movie the whole family will love.
