They did a pretty good job of not changing/leaving out important parts from the book. There were, however, a few memories that were shown in the book that I believe should have been in the movie. The information Harry got from these other memories help the reader understand how Harry knows what objects may be horcruxes in the next book. Overall though, it was a good adaptation.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
