HP year 6 The wasted year

In the time they had how did they make this? It seemed more like the parts that would get cut to insure the story is told were put togeather and the important parts were left on the cutting room floor. The feeling that okay the story is gonna start soon was 2.5 hours long. Several parts where a VO would have been a good idea since there were parts that you could not understand a word they were saying.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
