Great movie. My wife and I are senior citizens and this is normally not the kind of movie my wife would go to see but we went with our son and it was tremendous. My wife was happy she got to see this special effects super movie.

I did not like this movie but the grandchildren, and son, liked it.
Maybe if you were a true fan of Harry Potter and had read the books you would have enjoyed this more. It was very long (I understand that there is a sequeal to it also) and the plot was not too well defined. A lot of action but to me no substance.

Remember this is just the viewpoint of a senior citizen and I am sure this movie was not made for our age group.

Young Star Trek

It was great. I am 69 years old and have always been a fan of STAR TREK. It was neat to see my original heros in a younger form and still going where no man has gone before. Characters were excellent and the return of old SPOCK just put the icing on the cake. I am waiting (hopefully) for more of this adventure of the young trekies.

Not suitable for young children or young teens. It is finally uplifiting at the end but to get there you must see a lot of despair, living very poor, violent people that are taking advantage of the poor, blood and hurt. The actors are super. The children that are playing the main actors when they were young were excellent. Overall well done - I am glad that wife and I went to see this movie that won so many oscars.

Mamma Mia

My wife and I went together to see this most wonderful movie. It was so much fun to watch a happy movie filled with beautiful singing and dancing. Even the troubled moments of the story were filled with joyful music. We left the theater totally filled with happiness and joy.
