Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince returns us to Hogwarts in a time of war Dumbledore has taken Harry aside and tries to help him learn of Voldemorts past The older trio is starting to experience love for the first time which creates comedy but also stirs sadness in the main characters The acting improves as the cast has grown older Bonnie Wright has now stepped into a larger role and does it extremely well as she becomes the fourth person in the group of Harry Ron and Hermione and the object of Harrys affection While the film changes and adds things from the novel it maintains the appeal and storyline of the book This is the best Potter film to date It provides an excellent setup to the final showdown in the last movies
