For those of you who love the books

If you have read the books and seen the earlier movies, you know by now not to expect the movies to be very similar to the books. This latest cinematic installment is no different. Remembering this allowed me to enjoy the movie more. It was a well-made film, very entertaining, probably the funniest of all the Harry Potter films, but I felt that it did not fully embrace the darkness of the book. I could not help but notice some major changes from the book. Some were reasonable, but others I did not see as justifiable. The ending was slow. Though I have these criticisms of the film, I still felt it was a good movie that was entertaining and worth seeing.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
