I am a huge fan of Sacha Baron Cohen. I love Borat and Da Ali G Show. Bruno is the least funny of the 3 characters but the uncensored preview I saw online sold me on this being a hilarious movie. There were some funny parts but I was not happy to spend $9.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
