Good, even for non-Trekkies

I (non-Trekkie) went to see this movie with my husband (confessed geek). I was worried that I would a) be lost due to ignorance of the Star Trek lore, and b) be bored due to non-interest in the plot. I was pleasantly surprised on both counts. There was enough humor, romance, and they laid out the plot quite well. Great choice of actors for the various parts. All in all, a wonderful movie!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
