I don't get why people are freaking out saying that this movie didn't follow the book at all. They don't have to if they really don't want to. It's a movie BASED on the book, not a movie OF the book. They can take bits out and put new things in, so don't be expecting a page-by-page movie where everything happens the same way as in the book, because it certainly doesn't. I thought it was an extremely good movie, because I felt like I was really feeling emotions towards some of the characters (cough cough, Lavender Brown, I HATED HER). All in all, this movie was very well planned, exciting, and comical at times.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
