More of a Good Thing

This movie a great movie in the sense that you can go to it & just sit back & enjoy it. I was very impressed with the 3-D technology in that I didn't feel it to be intrusive like other films. Plot wise: the story line was a little dull & slow. The movie takes a bit to get going & then the ending comes too quickly. I don't think the humor was as "smart" as the other 2 Ice Age films but the character of Sid never fails to deliver. I was disappointed that the main characters of Diego & Sid took a backseat to the plot after I've come to love them so much & that's not to say that they are important to the movie, but not as much so as the last 2. This one seemed to focus more on Manny, Ellie, Crash, Eddie, & a new character, Buck.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
