I've read all the books, and this one a few times. I loved the movie although as I expected many parts were changed/cut due to time constraints. I was very disappointed that one major fight scene from the book was for the most part cut. But to give the writers and directors credit, they did make the flow of the movie work without it. I think this movie may work better for those who have not read the books or have not read this book recently and might have forgotten some of the details. Otherwise...it is still in Potter fashion and comes off as an awesome adventure with much heart and meaning.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
