I enjoyed this film good action, decent acting (some could have been better but none were to bad) loved the history and the light it showed black men in (a truthful light, imperfect but determined, and brave). I left the movie and went home and did an hours worth of research just to learn more. It's a shame they don't teach this in school, as black american it should not have taken a movie to get me to REALLY realize all the good and how brave they were even when they were getting treated like crap.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
