In a word, magnificent

I went expecting a Star Wars type thing which I'm not a fan of but I was very pleasantly surprised. The plot is predictable but who cares, the visuals are beyond incredible. I was mesmerized, totally absorbed in what I was seeing and experiencing. I will definitely see this movie again. Please don't write it off if you don't like action movies because it's so much more than that. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 15.

Good but not Great

Acting is way above average but plot doesn't seem to have a common thread; like watching vignettes. Michael Mann has been better (Heat) but Johnny Depp is magnificent. One of his best.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
