good, but needed a little more

I liked the movie, but I did think they should have done more background building up to the part the movie started. He gives about a 10 second speech about how he ended up being the way he was. There isn't any character relationship build up either. I've read books about him and knew who the other guys where, but if you hadn't read anything, I think it would be confusing. Johnny Depp and Christian Bale are always good in anything they are in. It was worth going to see, I just would have liked a little more information.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
