Don't get me wrong, the movie was okay, and I don't think it was a waste of money. However, I saw a lot of the movie Monster House in this movie---the widower that becomes jaded, a little nasty, focused on the house, the plotline gets a little weird, and then he turns nice in the end. Definitely not the best movie we've seen to date. Sorry
No, I do not recommend this movie.

This is a great movie, my 7 year old and I enjoyed it even more than the previous 2 movies. Very creative! Hoping for a 4th........
