I've seen a couple of movies and TV shows about Islamic terrorists at this point, but this one is among the best of them. Get ready to be intrigued and captivated throughout. Great movie!
They take this sequel to China and add armies of the undead on both the good and evil side and the movie still sucks. This movie is recommended for those who loved the first two so much that they went out and bought the DVD (for both movies) and have found joy in watching them over and over. Everyone else beware--nothing new or thrilling to see here.
If you like cartoonish action sequences with Matrix-like laws of physics, you might like "Wanted." The storyline is barely there throughout and the movie depends on Jolie's beauty to carry most scenes, something she would be better able to do if she weren't concentration-camp thin these days--she's still hot though. What about the curving of bullets? We'll, it's the old magic bullets story; this movie is also probably not for you if you don't see yourself swallowing a scene where an assassin can take out a target from many miles away and through many obsticles, including buildings, by "curving" a bullet. Again, it's not for everyone, but I enjoyed some parts. If your question is, is it worth $9? then the answer is "hell no!"
This movie is about a gentle cool breeze that kills. It is not worth seeing and you will be even more disappointed than you were when you saw The Village by the same director. I will be picking and choosing future M. Night movies rather than seeing every one that comes out. He has become a hit-or-miss director in my book--and this is a serious miss!
The overall message of Arabs and Jews needing to end the battle is terrific. The movie, on the other hand, is as absurb as they come and most scenes miss the funny bone.
