long time thor fan, the movie was done right! they gave it plenty of the action it needed and also gave it the right amount of emotional and comic relief content too. The 3D was nice but not always necessary though it did add an interesting look to the visuals at times. Chris, Hopkins and Stevenson were incredibly belivable as the father & sons triangle. Hopkins really pulled off the role of Odin (though i wish the beard was bigger and bushier!) Helmsworth was not only muscled up for the role but his acting was perfect as the Odinson. I am very likely to see this again in IMAX 3D!

This Green is Golden!

My family and i saw this movie and we loved it; from start to finish! Even the first 15 minutes that some are complaining about; it helped to develope and define the what's and why's of the main character. the action was great and over the top. Not to mention the almost none stop humor; the joking was incredibly funny---Go Seth! At times the violence is really strong so know this before taking very little kids because it is graphic and lots of it too; but some of it is done in a very funny way and some not. overall, it's an excellent big screen adaptation of the radio & tv classic. i can't wait for part 2; oh yeah, another movie with Diaz in either some short shorts or panties backing that thing up towards the camera, what's up with that! I loved it of course!!! Highly Recommended!

great movie, gruesome action sequences yes, Hit Girl is a Beast and steals the show. Nic Cage reminds us why he's the Man! this movie is SOFA KING sweet, it gives what is say's it will give an "ass kicking" good time. don't walk, RUN to see this movie. it is NOT a movie for little children, DO NOT TAKE THEM! I highly recommend this movie!

First I'd like to say I loved the movie. Once you get to the end part of the movie the beginning parts of the movie make perfect sense. It was well written and acted. The special effects are top notch. There are a couple of suprises, especially nearing the 3rd quarter of the movie that ties everything else together. I think everyone will identify with or understand various parts of the movie. Go see it and expect to see a part 2. Can't wait to get the Blu-Ray for my home theatre!

This was an incredible movie. It has quick wit, fast paced action and great special effects! There's something in there for everyone. Well done and quite believable was Robert Downey Jr. as Stark. Pepper was "hot" too!
RUN don't walk to see, IRON MAN!
DON'T LEAVE UNTIL THE CREDITS HAVE COMPLETED!
