Being an avid reader = not an avid watcher

I could see how someone would enjoy this movie if they never read the books and wanted a comedy and a few fight scenes. However for an avid Harry Potter reader the movie would seem disappointing. Some of the most exciting and essential points for the final book were eaither taken out or dumbed down to the point that im not sure how the director is going to be able to tackle the 7th year movies. However seeing what they did with this one i can only imagine that they will just rewrite the book and make their own endings. Maybe they will even let Voldemort win seeing how they change everything else.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
