Fun, funny action movie. Too much of the dialog was incomprehensible which was too bad because a lot of what I could understand was very funny. I enjoyed it though.

Wonderful Star Trek Movie!

I have never been a big Star Trek fan, but I loved this movie. My husband who is a Star Trek fan loved it as well. So this movie appeals to everyone. The characters are wonderful...you really care about them. The story is so interesting and the action rocks. Oh, and the effects? Excellent!!! I highly recommend this movie and can't wait to see it again.

When I was young, I was an avid sci fi reader. I remember seeing the original "Day The Earth Stood Still" and a few other sci fi movies of the time and thinking they were very weak compared to the books. At least now, the effects are great and I love Keanu Reeves and Kathy Bates. I would rate this movie as highly entertaining, but not the greatest.

Vin Diesel Fan Disappointed.

This film didn't do it for me. I don't care for the choppy, shaky, too fast style of photography used. It makes me dizzy. The story is skimpy and doesn't really hold together. And the ending? Wow, really weak! Vin fans should wait for his next one.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
