Yes to Dark Knight

I found The Dark Knight to be very entertaining and action packed from start to finish. There were only a few things I found that bothered me.
First was the circular panning. Once was fine but when they kept going, it was almost dizzying. I'm sure that was to convey the point - the whole movie pace was dizzying. But when you're sitting in the seats, it's almost nauseating.
The second thing that bothered me were the number of parents who brought little kids into this movie. I don't consider this to be a kids movie for anyone under, say... 10. It's dark. It's violent. And if kids didn't fear clowns before, they should now. I did appreciate that they did keep the gore to a minimum. You didn't see the results of shootings or stabbings, which is how this movie pulled off its rating for certain.
As to the performences, I think the cast really had their A game on. If you're looking for an action packed blockbuster, this is it. Just hire a sitter for the little ones.
