This movie was not a real kid's movie. It was an unhumorous "love" story. The animation was sub-par and my son didn't laugh once. I chuckled once to make myself feel better about spending my money.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

I really did not think I would like this movie because I'm not really into "Transformers." I was thoroughly entertained for the entire 2 1/2 hrs! I even enjoyed it sitting in the very front row (which I had to do because the theater was so crowded!)
Yes, I recommend this movie.
