If you are looking for a fun film for the whole family, this is a great movie. All of the actors were great and the action was dramatic. There is none of the "Hop into bed" syndrome. Thor is quite the gentleman - women will like the shirtless scene too ;D This is one of the intro movies for The Avengers movie in 2012. Also, STAY UNTIL THE VERY END FOR THE STINGER FOR THE 2012 MOVIE...it says volumes! Everyone at my showing left before it!

While this movie isn't an Avatar by being a CGI movie, it is a good movie with a fun storyline. There is character development and a plot. This is a movie that the whole family should see! My only compaint is the length of the movie. It is only 95 minutes long.

The only way you would sleep through this movie is if you are very young and the 70s and 80s were before you were born.
This movie was full of so many zingers that I found myself waiting for the next one. George Clooney was funny and no, I am a Ewan McGregor fan and not a Clooney fan. I would have liked to have seen more of the rest of the cast but cie la vie. I came out feeling refreshed.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
