I took my 2 boys, ages 9 and 7, to see this on opening night. I have a couple of complaints about it. There were some very unnecessary crude jokes and a few unnecessary bad words in it. I think that for the most part, those things went right over my kids' heads because they're so young and have never heard or seen that stuff before, and they just didn't understand it. But for kids who are a little older, it might make an impression. Other than that, my boys loved it, and my husband and I enjoyed it, too. Cool visuals!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
