What a great way to re energize the Star Trek franchise. This is the movie that we have been waiting to see for years...
Firstly the actors they picked to play the major chars were great. I could nit pick here but it would take away from the general satisfaction I had. Just when you thought that no one could play Spock but Nemoy they found Zachary. The guy could be Nemoys son they are so similar.
The story is great as expected. Well written and not written in a way that it has that "we came up with this just so we could put together yet another movie" feel. Just the right mix of old school trek humor, action, and really pretty space battles.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
