Great effects, but too long

Amazing digital effects prove that anything that can be imagined can be put on the movie screen. But just like the first Transformers movie, this one is 30 minutes too long. As a movie aimed at kids and teens, it should have been no more than 2 hours, not 2 hours and 24 minutes. They could have told the same story more effectively in less time. My littlest one fell asleep despite the non-stop action.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
