Mostly Action, Little Plot

I loved the first Transformers, and I loved this one too. But I think the IMAX experience helped the second one. It was tons of explosions and action, very little storyline or plot. Not as good as the first, but definitely worth the wait opening night for the IMAX version. I am an eighties kid that grew up on watching the cartoons and playing with the toys, and I love the fact that this is box office smash based on a toy. The beginning of the movie an attribute to Hasbro flashes on the screen. How awesome is that?? All the times we were in the backyard digging up dirt mountains with gravel boulders and making water hose rivers and lakes for our transformers and gi joes, now our toys are on the big screen playing for us.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
