Not a bad movie, but with how few movies I actually get to see in theater now a days- I would never recommend this one to anyone with similar movie time restrictions.

An All Time Great

Return of the Jedi is the best movie I ever saw in the theatre. The cutting edge special FX, the hype, the anticipation, the story lines- made it the most submersive, rich fictional movie enviroment ever in relation to its time.
This is the best I have seen since then. It not only makes a completely fabricated enviroment and characters, but makes them so real that 15 minutes into the movie your mind no longer challenges the legitamacy of any of it.
There are no forced 3D scenes like in lesser 3D movies.
Go see it NOW because the home system necessary to enjoy this fully may not be out for 20 more years.

The first words out of my mouth when the movie was over summed it up best I think. "That was unncessarily long". It was a good movie but to much fluff reduced its score in my eyes. I expected that I would love the movie so much that it would be the first movie I visited more than once in a long time. After seeing it now I know that although I was glad to see it in theatre that I will wait until DVD to see it again.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
