Good Movie but not Great

The 1st hour of the movie is excellent. The comic relief, the effects and action is very exciting. Then it drags for almost an hour and the story kinda jumps the shark a bit. Towards the end, it picks back up a bit but only because of the awesome effects and sounds. It's definitely not better than the 1st one but I did enjoy it.
Don't sit too close to the screen or all the action will be garbled and you won't know who's who!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
