This is an entertaining movie, the story is an interesting idea, but I think it could be looked at two ways. Some will see it as an affirmation of religion, others as the inevitable end of religious fervor. I also thought it was more violent than necessary given its basic theme.

Though the story isn't new, it is entertaining enough to keep your attention, but the visual palette is extraordinary. The Real D 3D is so much better than anything I have ever seen before, and the imagination seen on the screen can be breathtaking. A fully entertaining time and you leave the theater in a fine mood. Don't know what I will do when it hits DVD, since the 3D effect really enhances the experience.

Good acting, a little slow, and in the end it goes nowhere. Not a bad movie, but not anywhere near as good as the reviews made it out to be. Better to be seen on DVD.
