A poor attempt

I have to say that the first movie was much better. The humor of REVENGE was completely in your face. One could imagine the writers screaming "look! We're funny! Really!" Robot hillbillies?. The action was great although I can't wait to watch it at home in slo-mo to actually see what was happening during the fights. Megan Fox was completely unnecessary as a character but did acheive the level of eye candy she was intended for. John Turturro did a great job with what he had to work with but it seemed as if his character was thrown back into the mix as an afterthought. As a whole it was an enjoyable film that any Transformers fan should see but fell far start of what it could have been or even what the first installment was.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
