Not For Everyone, But Really Good

The first part of the HP finale is very good, but if you are not familiar with the books or the films that came before you run the risk of getting lost, very lost. However, this challenge is exactly why I loved the movie. I am a Potter fan, and have invested much time in the series, so it is gratifying to see a movie that is made with the true follower in mind. Don't get me wrong, there are parts that everyone can enjoy, but in slower moments of exposition if you are not understanding the journey these characters have all been on, then you could lose interest, but not me, and surely not Potter fans. Can't wait for the conclusion!!!

Good Fun!!! Visually Loud!!!

Transformers 2 is a fun ride worth the price of admission, but they should have cut Bay's budget by $40MM and the length of the film by 20 minutes. The action is AMAZING and the effects were very well done. Sam's parents provide great comic relief, but the desert climax is way too long and the battles are all over the place which can be a bit confusing unless you really know which robot is which. I also could have done without Skids and Mudflap, two annoying and insulting robots who took a stereotype too far in my opinion.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
