See the movie for the sets and costumes but take it with a grain of salt. The unbelievable plot isn't played strictly for laughs but moves back and forth between offering light jokes and trying to be serious. Ms. Biel's character is a comic book rendition of what the WW I British blue blood might think of a boreish American. She plays the part well but no matter what is happening on the screen you can't help but gasp a little disbelief.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

The film has a good script which nicely explains how Wolverine came to be and leaves no dull moments.
