I enjoyed this movie much more than I thought I would. It was cute. My kids are 10 (girl), 10 (boy), and 8 (boy). They all liked it and I didn't get bored so it was worth seeing. My brother said that my 5 year old niece enjoyed it too. : )

It wasn't the best movie ever but I thought it was cute. Nice friendship movie. I don't know why they had to throw in the romance since they were kids though.

I could have waited for the video on this and skipped the movie. It was ok mind you, just not great. My kids liked it (ages 9, 9 and 7). My oldest son liked the football part. My younger son thought the first one was better. My 5 year old neice loved it. Nothing wrong with it, just kind of boring for adults.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Saw this as a treat for myself once the kids returned full time to school. I enjoyed it too but wasn't quite awed by it as some. It seemed to me to be a movie about what most Americans at some point in their lives go through. You could feel the emotions and sense the feelings just as if you were experiencing them yourself, or remembering them yourself. Most movies I would not watch again, but I actually would watch this one again if my husband or a friend wanted to see it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

This movie was ok. I felt I had seen this plot hundreds of times. My kids all (8,8, and 6) said they liked it, but in regards to all the financial information in the movie, they continually asked me what it all meant. All of the actors did fine it was just the same old plot. I would not choose to see it again or recommend it to others.

I really enjoyed this movie. I read the book years ago and loved it and as others have said, they did a nice job sticking to the story. I was surprised that since it has been such a long time since I've read the book that I remembered how it ended in general and maybe that is why I didn't rate it a 5. I would definitely see the movie, it was well worth it, however, I probably would not see it a second time or say it was the best movie ever. But no regrets, it is very good and I'm glad I went to see it on one of the few nights I get away from the kids.
