I have been anxiously looking forward to his movie and it did not disappoint!! For someone from the generation that grew up with GI Joe, I was looking forward to see how they'd bring the cartoon to life. They didn't disappoint with a great plot and story line to showing how Cobra was formed and how GI Joe existed. Also, true to the character's names and backgrounds!! Of course, with all the action; it also had a love story between Duke and the Baroness(Anna) which didn't dominate the movie like it can in some. So, it made it a great date movie for all!!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Totally disrespected the book!!

I have read the book a couple of times and this movie skipped over some major plots and totally changed other scenes to fit into their own movie plots. If you're a true Harry Potter book fan, I would not pay to see this movie. The movie was a major let down in so many ways. The battles that happened in the book; DID NOT HAPPEN IN THE MOVIE!! How can they leave out such a crucial part of the book????
They totally did the book injustice; they could've done so much better. They kept skipping over many chapters and even putting chapters of the book in the wrong order as they saw fit. Be wary if you want to see it, You'll be criticisizing it the whole way through like I was. I really expected a better movie!

Gotta see movie: action, special fx; great plot

For being the second "Transformers" movie, in the past few years; this movie actually surpassed its predecessor! The special effects were even better; the plot was great and of course there had to be the obligatory romance which was still well written. Only downfalls, sometimes hard to tell who the good guys(autobots) and the bad guys(decepticons) were in the chase and fighting scenes.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
