A film for true fans

While I wouldn't strongly recommend this film for the general public, fans of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series will love it. Details of the story were very close to the book and the emotions of the characters were easy to understand and feel. New Moon moves along quickly, so it's very entertaining. The direction, acting and special effects of this film are a vast improvement over the first in the series. I was especially impressed with Taylor Lautner's emotional transformation -- I actually believed Jacob matured and his character became more complex. But, most people will be too distracted by his physical transformation to notice!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
