I had a lot of hesitations going into this film. First, J.J. Abrahams has not impressed me much. He completely ruined the Mission Impossible franchise with one of the worst films ever made. Luckily his story telling style from that abominable excuse for a film did not carry over into this film. The story was great, the cast was perfect. The guy playing a young Bones nailed it dead on and stole the show in my opinion. The special effects were flawless! My only gripe was the use of time travel once again to fill in a plot. It is too often too easy of an out for writers to finish a story. But all in all, the film was great and I hope they continue with some sequals.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
