The first Hangover was one of the funniest movies I ever saw, but this one was terrible! It was exactly the same plot in a different country. I forgot it was supposed to be a comedy. I wouldn't even bother to wait until the DVD comes out. Just watch the first one again or something else if you're looking for a laugh.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

I can't ever remember laughing this hard at a movie before!!! I feel like I just got done doing several hundred sit ups from giving my laugh muscles a good workout!!! You've gotta see this!!!
