Not just for Trekkies.

I was never much of a Star Trek fan but I did occcasionally watch the original TV Series. Because of that it was a lot of fun to see what is essentially a prequel to the show and learn about those original characters. The movie was captivating throughout and it did leave me wanting more. The only complaint I have is J.J. Abrams obsession with the handheld "shaky" camera. It get's a little annoying especially on a 68' wide screen. But it's a great movie so go see it!
