I did enjoy this movie and I do want to see it at least one more time in the theater. I think I can now say this is the greatest trilogy ever, although Lord of the Rings is still up there too. My main problem with it was how quickly Bruce Wayne recovered from his first beating from Bane. I did not think Bane was overly intelligent, and was not impressed with Tom Hardy's portrayal. That all being said, Anne Hathaway and Joseph Gordon-Levitt were amazing and Christian Bale and Morgan Freeman were as good as they had been previously. I have read other reviewers say this is the weakest movie of the trilogy, which I would agree, but I think that is just because how good the first two were. The movie may have been a little long too, but I think that was needed to put a nice bow in order to conclude the trilogy. So, all my critiques have been very nit-picky, but I watched exactly what I expected, and was very pleased with the Dark Knight Rises!
