Not nearly as good as the first one

Not that the first Transformers was great, but this was certainly not as good. Its too long, the idea of a plot was completely disregarded, and the whole movie was a setup to a very anti climatic final fight scene. Even the first movie's best asset, the special effects, seem to be rushed in this one, with little attention to detail that made the robots so compelling.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
