Why Movies are Wonderful

No explosions. No vampires. No special effects, just great acting, superior writing and a story at once farcical and real. If one is tired of movies without a plot, movies that could not be made without computer graphics and green screens and movies that have few real human beings as characters, then this is the one to be seen. You'll laugh. You'll cry. And for a while you'll forget you're watching a movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Good acting and clever effects ae not enough. The Holmes character is difficult to like and what should have been a great story is buried.
The movie has occasional moments but I left the theater grumpy
No, I do not recommend this movie.
